Have taken Opti-Men on and off for 5 years, tried cheaper vitamins, more expensive, and always find my way back to Opti-Men. It's a reasonable price and seems to support weightlifting more than cheaper brands.

One of the best multivitamins I've found that meets my needs. It has the general multivitamins but also has extra supplements specifically meant for males.

Vitamins work.Dont Crave as much of the unnecessary stuff as i use to.Maintains High Energy throughout the day without feeling tired or worn down.Will buy again real soon as im running low on supplies

The best bang for your buck - no question

I'm going to keep this review fairly brief, so in short these ON vitamins are far and away the best value for your money. If you're the kind of man who works out regularly, uses other supplements (such as protein powder or creatine), and cares about you macro-intake you deserve a better vitamin than your typical drugstore "one-a-day". There are other products that give you more quantity of supplements and minerals, but nothing provides a better quality and value for you buck. There's a reason the ON name is so respected among a crowded field of supplement brands. This vitamin is a testament to that quality.
