I have been taking this L-tryptophan for about a week but I can’t tell if it has helped me at all.

This stuff is the best sleeping pill out there. No narcotics, just an amino acid base, so no side effects. You will not have any hangover or residual sleepiness at all. NOW products makes a fine product, and through Nutricelebrity I get it much cheaper than through a local health food store. A win win for me.
