I suffered from peripheral neuropathy (painful feet) for about a month. It started out as what felt like sunburn on the skin of my toes after work and after a few weeks was full blown all over my feet. I don't know how some people could deal with this for years. I was in agony every night all night. I read up on what to do. I cut back on carbs for a few days and bought the Best Benfotiamine. Day one I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night, along with Pure Cordyceps capsules and I did not have any pain that night or any night after! It was such a relief.
