Got it for replacement for cheaper kinds of zinc. MUCH BETTER!

Zinc Orotate is said to have the best absorption, and the best zinc supplement. I ate two hot dogs from gas station, then had one of these 30mg zinc orotate pills. No sickness at all, and I am starting to feel better.

I need zinc supplementation because of zinc deficiency, and possibly copper overload.
