It have P.C.O.S. and these little pills have done wonders for my complexion after enduring acne for almost twenty years, and it's slowly, but surely, begun transitioning my prematurely graying hairs back to their natural brunette color.As a lot of people on here have commented I too had to double the dose to four pills to get any results, but it's well worth it. I haven't experienced any negative side effects and I feel pretty damn good!
