I have been battling hair loss due to weight loss surgery for the last 3-4 months. Collagen gummies just haven't been cutting it so I opted to try this. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks so I cant speak for long term results yet (I will update after one month). I will say that my hair does seem to be shinier and I lose less in the shower. I paired this regimen with my existing gummies so that could be assisting as well. The pills are large but not too troublesome to swallow. I HIGHLY recommend taking them with food because they cause nausea. Even with food, they can cause tummy troubles. Like many others have said, the pills seem effective but there are other options that are much cheaper for long term results. I dont know that spending $30+ a bottle is worth it when you could buy biotin and collagen gummies at the local grocery store for the same results. If you have major hair loss issues, i.e. malnutritions, aging, ect that cannot be curbed with OTC vitamins, I would recommend this. Otherwise, the results dont seem much different than taking gummies and the ingredients dont differ much.
