Solgar Liquid Melatonin 10 mg, 2 oz

I’ve had insomnia for years, and I’ve tried many things to help, including sleep aids (diphenhydramine hydrochloride ) and melatonin (pills). Each had it plus and minuses. A friend turned me on to this recently and I found it to be very effective at something I’ve needed - falling asleep in a timely manner. Within 15 minutes, I’m dozing off. 20mgs give me 4 hours of good sleep. The other two or three hours is still a little struggle, but the four I do sleep make a world of difference in how I feel. An unexpected benefit of this is that my overnight blood sugar are better (I’m diabetic) I highly recommend this product if you need help sleeping

This product is excellent; however, the seller is not. Emailed them over a week ago regarding damage to the shipment I received and there's been no response. Very disappointing, especially because they make a point of saying they're good at responding to customer inquiries.

I have always struggled with sleeping, a lot of melatonin brands never worked for me for some odd reason. i’ve tried it all but i discovered this brand in a discount cart at the grocery store and thought why not give it a try. i usually take about 20 mg because it helps me sleep all through the night. this stuff kicks in within 10-15 minutes and i just fall right to sleep. definitely better than anything else i’ve tried so far so i use it regularly. it doesn’t give me that super groggy feeling in the morning like most melatonin does. i don’t know what’s different about this but it’s definitely helped shut my mind off a ton.
