Dr Christopher’s Formulas are the best!

I love Christopher’s Formulas. I use several of his products. The Hormonal Changease is great, but for best results, I took them along with following a high fruit diet. I was anemic as a result of heavy bleeding during my period each month. Thanks to a high fruit diet and Hormonal Changease my period is much lighter now.
