Doctor's Best Curcumin  with Curcumin C3 Complex® and BioPerine® contains a standardized extract of Curcuma longa root, commonly known as "Turmeric". Turmeric is the yellow spice that gives flavor to curried dishes. In the Far East, Turmeric is valued for more than culinary uses. The herb has been employed in the Ayurvedic healing tradition for centuries as a folk remedy. The active ingredients in Curcuma longa are a group of plant substances called curcuminoids. Doctors Best, a trusted brand that you can count on plus the black pepper extract for max absorption. My to go turmeric supplement none of the others compare. Make sure to take with food for max absorption.

Great Stuff!

This is so much better than the brand I was previously using. My inflammation is gone after less than a month of use. My only warning is to take one capsule in the morning and the other at night. I made the mistake of taking two at night the first few days. It sent my blood pressure so low i thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room.

I've been taking Curcumin for a while and will continue because it is a great anti-inflammatory. I have not only less joint pain but greater mobility.
