Methyl Folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate or (6S)-5-MTHF) is the most biologically active form of folate. Quatrefolic® is the 4th generation development in folate delivery. With certain inherited errors in metabolism and physiologic stresses, the transformation of synthetic folic acid into the active form of folate is inadequate. Unlike folic acid, 5-MTHF can cross the blood-brain barrier.

MTHFR … Looking forward to optimal Health

Several members of my family have this condition though I cannot afford to get the testing to prove if I have it or not it couldn’t hurt for me to try my doctor recommended this my doctor recommended the dose I am not a doctor. But if I do have the genetic issue then they should help with it. And if I don’t it’s not going to hurt me so hopefully I’ll be feeling better thank you!

I suggest to make a research on how methyl folate works and what is the difference between folic acid by reading a scientific publications. Then decide on buying.
