Excellent Customer Service

Website showed out of stock but somehow, the CS rep miraculously found some after I inquired. Shipment was fast as well. The only negative is that they didn't carry two other major supplements I take so I could order enough to qualify for free shipping (which I won't ding the product rating for). Now's L-OptiZinc is great if you have many sensitivities like I do. I've only gotten sick once in the last three years I've been taking it.

Product was delivered damaged but the customer service team was able to get this correct and my product was redelivered within 3 days! Will be a return customer!
