This was a great product, but now I just buy our magnesium citrate from “BULK supplements†brand because we go through so much of it and it doesnt’ have a taste as far as we are concerned. I will say that taking magnesium (60% + of the population is deficient) is crucial to many brain things: nerves, twitches, leg cramps, sleep ease, bowel movements, and more, and my BFs leg cramps have all but gone away since he’s been taking it, and I have less heart palpitations also, and sleep is easier with my taking a bit more before bed. So I’m sold on its benefits. Read up though to see what kinds of magnesium are beneficial, and which are NOT so absorbable. Essentially every article you’ll find is in agreement on that, so it’s not controversial or woo woo…
