Well, scientifically speaking, I have no idea if these are effective. But, I think Solaray is a good brand. I read, on other sites, about these vitamins, necessity, effectiveness, etc. So I take them each day, as directed. I feel better, knowing I'm doing something that is good for my cardiovascular system, as well as healthy diet, exercise, sleep, low stress. A holistic approach is best.
