Glutathione occus in the cells. It's made up of three peptide amino acids swhich includes glycine, cysteine, and glutamate. Glutathione acts as an important antioxidant in the body and combats free radicals which can cause damage to cells. Jarrow Formulas Glutathione contains 500 mg of glutathione per capsule and has a low reduced to oxidized glutathione ratio generally useed to measure celluar toxicity.

I have been taking this product on and off for the past few weeks and I have not caught a cold or anything like that even when it seems like when everyone around me has a cold. I also take Vitamin C 'Airborne' every few days.
