While this product did not work for me, the service was amazing!

I recently requested a return authorization for my order - Everything was handled to my satisfaction over the phone by a representative. The young lady was very pleasant and helpful.
(I could not use your lavender oil. As I explained to your rep, I experienced labored breathing when I tried it.)

I’m writing to say I’m sorry it worked out the way it did: that it was not even worth having the product shipped back. Your company did everything right. And it seemed unfair that you take a total loss on the transaction. So I tried to share some of the expense by requesting that you deduct a fee from my refund. I was glad when she took me up on my offer. She called it ‘re-stocking’ fee.
Anyway, I came away with a very positive feeling about your company, and that you treat customers with respect. If I get the chance, I will recommend you to people I know.
