EPA and DHA are fatty acid types found in the flesh of cold-water fish. EPA is generally classified as an omega 3 that supports healthy heart while DHA can be used to support brain and vision. Jarrow Formulas EPA-DHA Fish Oil meets strict quality and purity starndards contains a 2:1 EPA to DHA ratio with 600 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids in each softgel capsule. Jarrow EPA-DHA is glutan free.

Suggested Use

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times per day with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
