Where do I put it?

We get that question a lot. But trust us, there's nothing weird or hard about it. Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream into your skin twice daily. Try your wrist, arms, thighs, tummy- whatever you like.

Water, tocopheryl acetate (vit E), aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) leaf juice, carthamus tinctorius (hybrid safflower) seed oil, panthenol, glycerin, prunus, amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil glyceryl stearate, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, sodium behenoyl lactylate, usp progesterone, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, carbomer, potassium hydroxide, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, sorbic acid

Does Not Contain Any Parabens

What's in it: Contains 450 mg of USP Progesterone per ounce (20 mg per ¼ teaspoon), plus the calming scent of lavender oil. Check the side of the box for a complete list of ingredients.

This is an amazing product. I've only been using it at night for 2 days and I actually slept through the night for the first time in 5 years!!! I notice a feeling of calm about 20 minutes after I put it on.

Love, love, love this stuff! After using, and enjoying, the regular Pro-gest, I found the lavender and won't go back. It's soothing and calming on top of having the original healing properties of the regular one. After having entered menopause last year, I started using Pro-gest and noticed a wonderful difference - I lost weight and overall felt so much better. Great product!
