This is the best dietary supplement ever. since I started taking this my hair fall has reduced a lot! I used to shed 100-150 strands of hair everyday. Now it's down to 10-15. I actually bought this for my skin but it's improving my hair too. My hair looks thicker and bouncier. Try this supplement with/without biotin for hair loss problem. I didn't know collagen could improve your hair so much.
