Helped out with muscle soreness recovery.

A friend recommended this product for workout recovery and I have to say it's been working well. Been using as directed 1-3 a day between meals and while it's no miracle pill for recovery it certainly aids in helping me recover from soreness.

The pill form is better than the powdered one. I have tried L-Glutamine in powder form before but this as it is so much simpler to take. I take this whenever I workout and it works great to stop muscle breakdown from an intense workout.
