I HAVE USED SEVERAL TYPES OF MELATONIN BOTH LIQUID AND PILL FORM THIS WORKS THE BEST FOR ME.

Effective sleep inducer

We have tried several other brands of Melatonin in liquid and in tablet form and find that this is the only one that seems to have the advertised amount of actual Melatonin in it. We both have had chronic insomnia for years and find that one dropper full and about 15 minutes is all it takes for a pass into dreamland and precious REM sleep. A nice plus is that it tastes good too!
