Better than I expected

I have a high tolerance and so I bought the 10mg.. 30-45mins I'm out like a light. Better than the melatonin I was buying from Walmart . I think this was a good price for the quality of this product.

I like that this product was cost effective, easy to swallow, and works pretty good! Been having sleeping problems for quite awhile now and the day I started using this I began to have better sleep cycles. Very important to get that REM sleep, to help rebuild the body after a days work. Definitely will use this for now on, also the brand is very trustworthy as well.

Finally sleep!

It took my body awhile to get adapted to melatonin. At first I took a 3 mg. & had crazy dreams and a slight headache, but that went away and I slowly upped my dose. Now I take 10 mg. @ bedtime and am sleeping all night. I used to sleep sporadically for 4 to 5 hrs...now I get a straight 6.5 to 7 hours and feel rested. Life changing!
