good stuff

I've always had issues staying asleep, would usually wake up at least 5 times a night. Have tried other melotonin pills, chewables, gummies, etc and still couldnt find something that would completely eliminate waking up during the night. THIS product is my gold, my god send, my life saver! I am able to get a full 7 hours of sleep, every night! This liquid formulation and Solgar have gotten it right!!! Will be a return customer!
