KAL Magnesium Taurate+ combines the mineral Magnesium with a free-amino acid, Taurine. Magnesium is intended to provide nutritive support for normal, healthy nerve and muscle function, and regulates the healthy flow of ions across cellular membranes to help provide membrane stability and protect against oxidative stress in the heart, blood vessels and tissues. Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, the coenzyme form of Vitamin B-6, provides bioavailable nutritive support for red blood cell synthesis and nerve tissue function. Problems with heartrythm

I've got problems with palpitation and my mother with cardiac arrhythmia.
I ate xtra magnesium than but had no idea that there were so many different forms of it. I learned that taurate is good för the rythm of the heart.
I've tried a taurate product with less content of magnesium with little effect but it wasn't until I layed my hands on theese little beauties that my problems almost vanished.
Now my mother got them too and her problems decreased after just a few weeks.
Can't get this taurate in Sweden but so happy it's so easy to order here.

its great foe before bed

I use these for my mild tics. When I get stressed my eyes and face have to move in a way thats similiar to very mild tourretes and i get uncomfterable impulses to stretch my eye lids, move my eyes etc. This brand has been my go to for a few years now. I dont take them in the morning anymore though because theybmake you tired, its great foe before bed. Mix this with the effects of CBD for the synergism and my tics can go from 100 to 0 in 15 minutes.

Very happy with this product- I researched types of Magnesium and this was the variety best suited to combatting depression and working more neurologically.

A good form of Magnesium

My husband found that taking Magnesium and Hawthorne helped him get off blood pressure meds he had been taking for over 30 years. It also keeps both of us from having cramping muscles. This type is recommended for smoothing irregular heart beat which he has had issues with. We also take ionic-fizz Magnesium, but this is a little easier especially when traveling.
