I take this for my heart palpitations its helped but they haven't gone away completely. But at least this magnesium doesn't give me diarrhea.

I have suffered from chronic kidney stones for years. This is the only product that makes tham dissapear...no kidney pain at all! I don't know how it does it, but it has been a life saver for me. I can eat tons of greens now without having to worry at all.
