The Best probiotic I've ever used. I haven't had acid reflux. Great investment in my health.

These are magic pills. Okay not really but they are good. When you take antibiotics they kill both good and bad bacteria. Or if you eat a sugary, yeast, & fat filled unhealthy diet. You know who you are. These pills put back some of the good bacteria and gives your intestines an overall sense of peace. And allow you to get rid of the toxins that have built up in your digestive system from our typical American diet of coffee & doughnuts/coffeecake or kid's cereal and milk, eating out fastfood for lunch and ordering pizza for dinner. And lets not talk about dessert. FYI The woman who advised me to take them is in her 70's, and walks laps around her neighborhood.

So Far I Like This Product

Great product. I started taking these in Jan. of this year on a recommendation from my doctor. I wasn't having any particular problems, he just said they are a good thing. I agree with my doc on this one. At some point I am going to try and stop taking them and see if I feel a difference.
