Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple and used to ease pain and swelling. Jarrow's Bromelain provides 1000 Gelatin-Digesting Units (DGU) to support joint health. Bromelain contains other active components that may modulate inflammation and promote healing in joints.

Suggested Use

Take 1 tablet 1 or 2 times per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
