All in all a good buy, definitely worth the try!

I have been using it along with some light exercise (20 minutes a day) and following a generally healthy diet. I weighed 260 lb (6"0 tall), and now have lost 30 lb in 2 months. I don't know how much this is helping but the psychological factor is definitely there and yes it makes you full early in a meal and you tend to eat less. Plus the fiber helps in reducing cholesterol.

I am always a skeptic in trying new products, so I went in this with no high hopes but that it would help subside hunger a tidbit. To my surprise on the first try it did! I'm glad I bought this it really does help control my hunger. Will be purchasing more.

I noticed a difference when taking these. I was not as bloated and was more comfortable, I also think they helped me lose a little weight . I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
