I heard about this probiotic and thought I'd give it a go. I have inflammation of stomach lining and it was getting worse. A changed diet helped, but didn't stop the churning feeling and fussiness, nausea and cramping pain. After taking one capsule fir three days, I felt so much better. My symptoms stopped. One of the side effects is a little fussiness, but it is tolerable and isn't a daily thing. I've been taking this product for. lose to a month. I feel way better and my food is digesting better and my stomach feels normal.
