Great blend

Best product blend I have found for my needs! It is whole seeds, not what I expected but I mill it in the Nutri-Bullet and turn it into dust, then add it to my smoothie, otherwise the seeds get stuck in your teeth, and in your stomach if you have those little divro pockets. I will order it again.
