I started to take this product to clean the liver, kidneys etc. I had some pain on my side where the liver is and had read up on milk thistle. I went to the local health store and bought another product took it and didn't feel any difference. Then I order this product after researching the correct brand. Taking this product Silymarin/Milk Thistle I saw and felt a difference immediately. The pain on the side went away I sleep better. This produce has insotal in it and believed it or not my hair is getting thicker and not tinning out as much. NOW brand is now the only brand I trust! This product is a must!
