Best BCAA i've found

This capsules are the easiest and most convenient delivery method for BCAAs i've found, and Optimum Nutrition is known for premium products and supplements. Definitely help with pre endurance building & post work recovery. There is no taste with these as with some of the powders you have to mix, and fairly easy to modify dosage based on the intensity of your workouts.

Good Recovery

These capsules are great! They help me with my recovery and I feel much better the next day after my heavy lifts.

I normally take 2 pills 3 times a day (morning, before work out, after work out) on work out days and 2 pills/day on non-work out days. They don't have any taste and go down pretty easy. They last me for approximately 3 months.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and I love this product. I noticed that when I started taking the BCAAs my body was getting great results. Take them BEFORE you workout and it will help you build lean mass and also help your muscles from getting too sore! Highly recommend and have bought twice already! :)
