These are MASSIVE!!

Too early to tell if any good for joints and all that - I got the Solgar becuase I trust the brand.However it is important to know that they are MASSIVE. I've never had a problem swallowing tablets until these arrived. One tablet and I did choke - it was borderline life threatening!They are dry tablets as opposed to stomach dissolving (and thus more slippery) capsules.I hope it's OK to break them up.
