    This is my go-to supplement , it arrived on time and is good as ever

    swear by this stuff - always have a bottle on hand.

    I am pretty convinced that this works - especially if I take it consistently for a few days at the very start of a cold. I didn't get sick for 5 years, possibly because I took a few tablets whenever I felt a cold coming on. Last spring I got the flu that was going around and I was horribly sick despite taking the tablets, but recovered fully in only three days. I used to take plain echinacea (for about 20 years) and Wellness Formula seems to be much more effective. Sure, might be a placebo effect, but I'm cool with that since I'm almost never sick!

    Great Deterrent for Cold/Flu Misery

    Very helpful and easy to take, with the first sign of possible cold or flu - I take the recommended dose for several days and often do not come down with the threatened misery as I do when not taking it. During the cold/flu season, I take one a day - and have been for many years. I swear by this product. Best if taking it regularly on the smallest dose recommended, and immediately increase to the highest dose recommended when symptoms warn of oncoming sore throat, itching ears, aches and common cold and flu symptoms.
